Reducer is a widely used equipment nowadays, with high working efficiency and reasonable price, which is highly favored by manufacturers. (1) Dredging method
If the return oil hole on the return oil channel is too small, the layout is unreasonable, or blocked by dirt, the return oil hole should be expanded, the dirt should be cleaned, and unblocked in a timely manner, or a new return oil hole groove pipeline should be added; Once the oil circuit is cleared, the timing of oil leakage will be reduced.
(2) Tightening method
Tightening the screws, nuts, pipe joints, and other parts of the leaking area can eliminate the appearance of oil leakage in the reducer caused by loose connection parts. During the leakage treatment process, attention should be paid to checking the fastening condition of each connecting part; It is also necessary for operators to pay attention to tightening any loose parts immediately during normal protection and maintenance, in order to prevent the occurrence of oil leakage or other unexpected problems and incidents.
(3) Adjustment method
By adjusting the oil pressure of the hydraulic smoothing system, the system pressure can be reduced, the sliding bearings can be adjusted, and the gap between the bearing holes and the shaft neck can be reduced to reduce the leakage caused by excessive overflow in the gearbox. In the process of treating leakage, the first thing to consider is to adjust it.

For castings with sand holes and through holes, plugging can be used to treat leaks.

(5) Repair method
When the contact surface of the gearbox cover is not tight, it should be scraped and repaired. Usually, when there is no doubt, the oil leakage problem can also be eliminated through repair methods.
(6) Reform Law
In the process of treating leakage in the gearbox, it is necessary to improve the sealing material, adopt modified fastening methods, convert smooth media, change the direction of oil return, and improve the leakage prevention methods to eliminate the appearance of equipment leakage.
(7) Replacement method
When the oil leakage of the reducer is due to the wear of the sealing components or damage to related parts that cannot be corrected, replacement should be carried out; When replacing parts, attention should be paid to the compatibility between the new parts and the corresponding accessories to avoid the occurrence of existing oil leakage problems and solve the problem of new oil leakage.
(8) Sealing method
Regarding the sealing glue that can be applied to seal and tighten the joints of pipes and boxes to eliminate any signs of leakage. The sealing coating method for treating leaks in reducers has the characteristics of simple method, significant effect, low cost, and wide adaptability. Usually, 70-80% of the equipment in the factory can be treated with sealing and coating methods.
