Hardened gear reducer

Hard-toothed reducers are used for transmission devices with vertically arranged output shafts. They are mainly used in belt conveyors and various transport machinery, and can also be used in transmission machinery for various general machinery such as coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, light industry, petroleum, etc.

Hard-toothed reducers mainly include parallel shaft series and vertical shaft series. Parallel shaft reducers are produced according to national standards (JB/T8853-200.1), and the products are optimized and designed. They have the international advanced level of the 1980s. They mainly include four series: ZDY (single stage), ZLY (two stages), ZSY (three stages) and ZFY (four stages). Vertical shaft reducers are produced according to national standards (JB/T9002-1999). They are used for transmission devices with vertically arranged input shafts and output shafts.
