1. When choosing lubricants, we should consider the load of the gearbox bearings, as well as factors such as their speed, temperature, and working environment.
It should be noted that the higher the load and temperature of the bearing, the higher the viscosity of the lubricating oil used; When the load on the reducer bearings is low, the temperature is low, and the speed is high, we can use lubricating oil with low viscosity;
2. Excessive or insufficient lubricating oil in bearings can cause overheating of the bearings; When the bearing speed of the reducer is n=1500r/min, its oil level should be lower.
3. When the circumferential speed of the bearing rotating race is not greater than 4-5m/h, we can use lubricating grease for lubrication; It should be noted that when using grease lubrication, the amount of grease added to the bearing can occupy 1/3-1/2 of the bearing chamber space.
In addition, the lubrication method for the rolling bearings in the reducer can directly utilize the lubricating oil in the equipment oil pool, and then introduce the lubricating oil in the equipment oil pool into the bearings.
