The two end faces of the gear reducer should be perpendicular to the axis, and the plane formed by the symmetrical midpsoints of the left and right helical gears should also be perpendicular to the axis. However, some gears may have certain errors in actual machining and assembly processes - when such gears are assembled on the axis, the closed loop formed by the symmetrical midpsoints of the left and right gears will become a curved surface, and the trajectory of the curved surface rotating around the axis will become an irregular wavy curve. Therefore, the rotation trajectory of two different gears will be two different curves, and three will be three different curves; Because the symmetrical center lines of a pair of meshing gear reducers must coincide during operation, the symmetrical center curves of this pair of herringbone gears will overlap and stack during the gear meshing process, resulting in the phenomenon of peak valley superposition or error accumulation. Therefore, this is often the key point that causes axial displacement of the gear shaft in the reducer.
