Cooling of oil immersed drum
This type of micro roller allows oil to enter the motor and directly contact the rotor and stator windings of the motor, thereby transferring the heat generated during their operation to the inner wall of the roller body through continuous rotation of the roller body. This structure has good heat dissipation effect, but also has high requirements for the quality of lubricating oil and motor.
Cooling of air-cooled drum
The characteristic of this micro electric drum is the motor, which can be divided into forced air cooling and natural air cooling. It does not use oil cooling, but instead utilizes conduction, radiation, and wind convection.
3. Oil cooled electric drum cooling
There is a certain amount of cooling oil inside. As the drum continues to rotate, the oil scraper on the drum continuously sprays oil onto the motor and gears, taking away the heat generated by the motor and gears during operation, transferring the heat to the drum wall, accelerating the motor's heat dissipation, and lubricating the gears.
Different types of electric rollers have different working principles, so they use different cooling methods. Only by finding the appropriate way and method of using the drum can we solve the equipment damage caused by high temperature and ensure the safe use of the equipment.
