How to remove explosion-proof electric drum

Explosion proof electric drum should be disassembled in the correct order during maintenance or inspection to ensure that it will not cause secondary damage to the equipment. What is the correct disassembly process for explosion-proof electric drum? Let's take a look.
1. Dismantle the spindle brackets on both sides of the electric drum and the end caps on both sides of the explosion-proof drum;
2. Remove the bolts on the output shaft of the reducer (make positioning marks before removal), and remove the spring clamp and cover on the upper part of the eccentric shaft sleeve of the explosion-proof electric drum;
3. Remove the steel sleeve of the cycloid cylindrical pin from it and pull out the cycloid disc (re mark the position mark on the surface of the cycloid disc for installation);
4. Disassemble the eccentric bearing and shaft sleeve in the explosion-proof electric drum, the sealing cover and internal skeleton oil seal at the motor output end (pay attention to the sealing between the bearing inner ring and the rotating shaft).
